PART TIME: Seasonal, 2 shifts a week
RESPONSIBILITIES: food prep, cooking, interacting with customers at the pick up window, and general clean-up. We are a small operation and everyone does a little of everything. Flexibility is important in this position.
REQUIREMENTS:
Friendly and reliable personality
Ability to adhere to food safety standards and procedures
PREFERRED (BUT NOT REQUIRED):
Previous commercial kitchen, bakery, or wood fired kitchen experience
Servsafe certification
Interest in local agriculture and working with our farm grown ingredients

We are mission driven to support local agriculture by utilizing ingredients from our farm and buying ingredients from other Maine-based food businesses for the beer and food we make. We believe that in life time and money are often in short supply and that when you choose to spend it at Odd Alewives we take that seriously by creating a beautiful environment for friends and family to gather, and producing delicious beer and food meant for celebrating and sharing.
